Our Refund Philosophy
We want every student to feel confident when purchasing a NeetRank.ai premium plan. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and student-friendly.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase — no complex conditions, no lengthy forms.
7-Day Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment date
- You have not completed more than 3 full mock tests using the premium plan
- This is your first refund request on this account
Refund requests made after 7 days, or where significant usage has occurred, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- The account has been found violating our Terms of Service
- The request is for a previously refunded plan
- The plan has fully expired at the time of request
- Dissatisfaction due to the student's own NEET exam result (we cannot guarantee exam outcomes)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@neetrank.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- The plan purchased (1 Month / 3 Months / 12 Months)
- Reason for refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process the refund within 3–5 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet)
- Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Plan Cancellation
NeetRank.ai plans are one-time purchases — there is no automatic renewal. You will never be charged without explicitly purchasing a new plan.
If you do not wish to continue after your plan expires, simply do not repurchase. Your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
Payment Failures
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive premium access, please email us at support@neetrank.ai with your payment reference/UPI transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
